4065 lions avenue is a rare english countryside-inspired residence located in the heart of edgemont village, north vancouver.
the campaign was built around a simple positioning. rather than focusing on square footage or specifications, we emphasized atmosphere, materiality, and feeling. the goal was to communicate the home’s rarity and emotional depth through storytelling-driven marketing.
